The artist probably spent years perfecting the art of cake decorating in order to create that cake. Cake decorating is an art, but it's an art that almost anyone can learn. Baking for Beginners is a great place to start if you have no experience at all. However, If you would like to attempt the cake decorating course without having done this, you are more than welcome to do so! The toppings for each cake will be made at the lesson. The following cakes and toppings will be made over the 4 week period: Red Velvet cake with cream cheese icing topping. Traditional vanilla sponge with fresh cream and strawberry jam.
