All the children in our care are exposed to a wide variety of interesting and enjoyable learning experiences in a safe, happy and relaxed environment.
Our curriculum is focussed on the individual learning needs of each child and we strive to equip each child to be able to meet the challenges of the world we live in today.

Since 2002 Sunnylea has been registered as a Non-Profit Organization (019-894-NPO). This means the school is exclusively funded by the parents. No additional financial support is given by the Government or from any Trust Fund. The school consists of three separate buildings linked by a large metal structured canopy covering the area between the three buildings erected in Psychomotor Education was included into the school curriculum in 2010 and every child attends weekly sessions at no extra cost. The extra-mural activities offered are Ballet,Hip-Hop and Swimming lessons. The After-Care is supervised by teachers who work at the school. Our staff and educators are highly trained and qualified to ensure the best possible outcomes for your children. In addition, we have aftercare facilities which are of a high standard with caring supervisors to care for your children. Our mission is to ensure that every child is given the opportunity to learn and be happy. We are committed to offering the South African Education CAPS programme focused on Non-Violent Communication. In 2012 the school became affiliated with the International Aucouturier School of Psychomotor. Learning happens in an inclusive setting where each child is protected in a safe environment. Close links are maintained with local junior schools in order to facilitate the transition into the formal Grade 1 curriculum.
