All no-show appointments will be charged at the full value. Treatment time will be reduced according to arrival time but charged at full rate. For athletes who train continuously, the goal is to enhance endurance, lessen the chance of injury and shorten the time needed to recover from an event. Prior to an athletic event, Sports Massage may be used with stretching in order to help athletes to loosen, warm and prepare their muscles so that their performance and endurance might be enhanced. Following an athletic event, Sports Massage may be used to relieve pain, prevent stiffness, and return the muscles back to their normal state. Sports Massage may also be used for injury rehabilitation. Other possible benefits include stimulation of circulation, an increase in muscle tone, and a balance of the musculo-skeletal systems. Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils to promote healing and a feeling of well-being and relaxation in the recipient.The essential oils are extracted from the parts of herbs and plants and contain all the properties of the plants themselves. The oil is applied in long sweeping strokes which warm the skin and muscles and prepare the body for deep tissue massage. Exercise also stimulates the circulation and thereby the oxygenation of our tissues. BEMER not only increases the electro-magnetic energy of all the cells, it also improves the circulation and oxygenation of the tissues. Thus the physiological effects of BEMER treatment are similar to the benefits of exercise. The science of Reflexology has been around for thousands of years. Reflexology is based on the belief that each part of the body is interconnected through the nervous system to the hands and feet. According to reflexology by applying pressure to a specific part (the foot is broken up into different point which if stimulated correctly directly corollate to another body system or organ) the body will naturally begin to heal itself. Each lash is bonded to the natural individual eyelash to enhance length and increase volume of the natural lashes. Body wrap: Uses the benefits of minerals and semi-precious stone extracts to remineralize the body to promote total well-being. This treatment includes an exfoliation, clay wrap, scalp massage and 90 minute full body massage. Back treatment: This treatment will relax, revive and relieve all tension in the back and neck. An increase of blood is bought to the muscles and the neighbouring tissue with all the attendant physiological chemical consequences. Waste Tissue products are rapidly cleaned away and stagnation of lymph (with serious sequelae) is prevented. Muscles are prevented from wasting, particularly if treatment is given soon after injury.
