In that project, our firm provided litigation expertise on behalf of the defenceless people whose rights of tenure had been threatened; and further assisted to restore rights which had been unlawfully taken away from the poor and helpless people of our country. During 2011, our firm was again appointed to serve on the newly formed Land Rights Management Facility under the auspices of the now Department of Rural Development and Land Reform.
