To help the church develop in its ministry to the Lord, its members and its community, we consider it one of our priorities to see that every member of the congregation is a faithful and active member of a small group, especially a midweek fellowship group.
BY THE GRACE OF GOD WE HAVE ACQUIRED A TENT WHICH SEATS 700 PEOPLE.
Mission is priority in our philosophy of ministry – we are also a mission’s church.

The Word of God The Word of God is our final authority in all matters of life and ministry. Anointed preaching and teaching releases the catalytic power to transform lives. Discipleship Small Groups are a non-negotiable part of building solid foundations and life-changing community. Team being at the heart of all ministries within the body as demonstrated by Jesus and His disciples. Stewardship GFLC encourages the release and responsible stewardship of the spiritual gifts and resources of every believer. Training is given to raise and release leaders in all spheres of society. Passion & Compassion Our lives should be marked by passion for God and compassion for people. A word and deed approach to ministry is integral to the integrity of our faith and community. We value and aim to restore and enrich family life as depicted in the scriptures and ordained by God. There are Learning Courses which include studies on books like Ephesians, Philippians and 1 Corinthians as well as topics like Eschatology, Prayer and Evangelism. There are also Life Courses like the Boundaries Course & Untapped Potential. The purpose of a Small Group is fourfold: to follow Jesus; to fish for men; to fellowship with each other; to establish foundations. Connect Groups are based on the model of Jesus and his inner circle of disciples (Peter, James & John). Therefore in a Connect Group there is one facilitator and three other people. Connect Groups are also gender specific therefore allowing for more openness and greater transparency. Life Groups on the other hand are based on the early church model found in Acts 2:42-47. A Life Group is a small community of believers who gather together regularly within a specific locality to connect and grow in their relationship with God and with others. Life Groups are mixed gender allowing for families to come together.
