Wayne Lochner began his career in real estate in 1998 as a commercial broker with Cenprop. with a strong property background who has recently joined Cenprop to take responsibility for the financial affairs of both our clients and the company itself. In 2000 he converted to being a sales associate with a premium national real estate franchise company. Brett began his career in real estate in 2012 with Pam Golding Properties, and has since realized that his passion lies in commercial property, which led to him joining Cenprop in March of Sandra has been involved in leasing, firstly at the Pavillion since 2009 and more recently with JHI Retail, as the Leasing Manager at the Liberty Midlands Mall. Wayne Lochner has brought invaluable experience and expertise, as well as a wide network of business relationships, to the role of Managing Director of Portfolios at Cenprop Real Estate. He has recently joined Cenprop Real Estate to take responsibility for the financial affairs of both our clients and the company itself. Patrick Rule, co-founder of Cenprop Real Estate, has been actively involved in the sales, leasing, property management and operational elements of the business. Derek Brittain, a charted accountant by profession, joined Cenprop Real Estate in 1995 and has been responsible for the financial, administration and corporate governance aspects of the business.
