CCA Plastics is a manufacturer of plastic products for the Medical, and is based in Pietermaritzburg, Pet and P.O.S industries.  We can design and manufacture customer specific products in addition to our proprietary products.  CCA Plastics was established in 1949 by Charles Ciryl Allen, Packaging, Catering, Automotive, South Africa.

CCA Plastics has internal design, development, tooling and manufacturing facilities which include assembly of products and final finishing. We have nearly 300 years of collective experience and knowledge, which gives CCA the edge on process and quality. CCA was one of the pioneers in using robotics in product finishing and trimming, and use a variety of robotic systems to achieve high quality standards. CCA has implemented a programme to further systemise the operation. The objective is to achieve all relevant quality accreditations for all relevant markets that we serve. Allan manufactured Spitfire windscreens during the Second World War in the UK. He moved to Pietermaritzburg after the war and used his experience and knowledge to start CCA. In the sixties CCA introduced Vacuum Forming to their processes and in the nineties introduced robots for finishing, being one of the first in the plastics industry to do so. CCA Plastics is a plastic product manufacturing company using the thermoforming (vacuum forming) process. The product range includes proprietary and bespoke products in the Commercial vehicle, Train refurbishment, Medical, Catering, Packaging and Point of Sale industries. CCA uses a focused market approach to offer its clients maximum service in their industries. Products include: Commercial vehicle interior components, Window shrouds, automotive packaging, Medical equipment, Catering equipment, Ambulance components, Boat components but to name a few.
