We have grown into a large, well respected school with an enrolment of approximately 1000 pupils and an academic staff of around Carter, who sat on the Natal bench in the early part of this century. In order to ensure customer satisfaction, any meal that a customer is unhappy with will be replaced provided that the meal is given back and has not been completely finished or altered in any way from the meal the customer received. The product can be returned and exchanged at any time. Customers are required to return the product in the same condition in which they received it. If the customer doesn’t have any of the product available anymore, or should the condition in which they received the product been altered, the Taste Guarantee Policy no longer applies.
